§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The display of books in our shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an order.
By clicking the "Place Order" button, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order via email.

§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices stated include the statutory value-added tax (if applicable). Shipping costs are charged separately and are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

§ 5 Delivery
We ship worldwide, with delivery times varying depending on the destination. Typically, the delivery time for orders within Germany is 2–5 business days; for international orders, it may vary based on the destination.

§ 6 Return and Revocation
We offer a voluntary return period of 30 days after receiving the books. The books must be returned in undamaged, unread condition and in the original packaging.

Legal Right of Withdrawal:

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Books with personalized content

  • Damaged or discounted items marked as such

Payment is made via the payment methods listed in the shop. You agree to provide current and complete payment information.

The statutory warranty rights apply to our books.

§ 9 Liability
We are fully liable for damages caused by us only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, but limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

§ 11 Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes, as far as permissible, is our business location in Durmersheim.
